TAUP has posted all tentative agreements that were made during negotiations. These are the original, initialed documents from negotiations and represent the changes from the 2004-08 TAUP / TU Collective Bargaining Agreement ("contract"). All provisions not mentioned in the initialed documents remain unchanged from the previous contract. Because different changes to the contract language were agreed upon at different times, these original documents are not necessarily in contract order.
